Effective Date: October 6, 2025

By downloading, installing, or using “Astroverse of Action” (the “Game”), developed and published by Skyforge Interactive Studios, users agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. License to Use

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on a compatible Android device.

• All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to artwork, code, and content, remain the exclusive property of Skyforge Interactive Studios.

2. In-App Purchases

• The Game enables users to make optional in-app purchases processed via Google Play Billing. All purchases are final: refunds, exchanges, or transfers are subject to Google Play policy.

• Any virtual items or currencies acquired via in-app purchases cannot be redeemed for real-world value, cash, or equivalent.

3. Advertisements

• The Game may display third-party advertisements (including AdMob banners, rewarded, interstitial, and app open ads). Ad content is provided by third parties and not controlled by Skyforge Interactive Studios.

• Use of the Game may result in the collection of certain device and usage information by ad partners (primarily AdMob) as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

4. User Conduct

• Users must not misuse the Game, including attempting to reverse-engineer, cheat, hack, or disrupt the Game, server, or related services.

• Offensive, illegal, or harmful use is strictly forbidden.

5. No Player Account

• The Game does not require or provide for any user accounts or login functionality. No usernames or personal identifiers are stored by Skyforge Interactive Studios.

6. Termination

• Skyforge Interactive Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in part or in whole) at any time, without notice or liability.

• Breach of these Terms may result in loss of access to the Game.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Skyforge Interactive Studios disclaims liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from Game use or performance, including issues caused by third-party ads or in-app purchases.

8. Updates and Changes

• These Terms may be updated or modified at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the developer’s country of registration/residence.
