Introduction SkyForge Interactive Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built the SkyGCS app (“the App”) as a tool for configuring multirotor flight controllers. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user data.
Summary SkyGCS does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
Information We Collect We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:
- No personal data — The App does not ask for or store your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifier.
- No usage analytics — The App does not track how you use it, which screens you visit, or how long you use it.
- No advertising or ad tracking — The App contains no ads and no advertising SDKs.
- No location data — The App does not access your device’s GPS or location services.
- No camera or microphone — The App does not access your device’s camera or microphone.
- No contacts or files — The App does not access your contacts, photos, or files stored on your device.
Permissions Used The App requests the following permissions, each for a specific functional purpose:

Network Activity The App connects to the internet solely to download publicly available preset and firmware data from Betaflight GitHub repositories. No personal or device information is sent during these requests.
USB Access The App communicates with flight controllers over USB serial to read and write configuration data. All communication occurs locally between your Android device and the connected flight controller. No data from these connections is transmitted over the internet.
Data Storage All configuration and application data is stored locally on your device within the App’s private storage. This data is not accessible to other apps and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
Third-Party Services The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social media SDKs.
Children’s Privacy The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
